Federal Poverty Guidelines 2019

Many programs base their eligibility on federal poverty guidelines. Here are the 2019 figures for different percentages of the federal poverty level (FPL).

“Income” above refers to “modified adjusted gross income” (MAGI). For most people, it’s the same or very similar to “adjusted gross income” (AGI)   from your tax return.
