Visit your Giant Eagle pharmacy or enroll online at www.gianteagle.com. There is no fee for applying. Program members will receive a sticker to be affixed to their Giant Eagle Advantage Card® for identification.
What quantity is included in the $4 price?
The $4 price is for commonly prescribed dosages. If your physician prescribes a larger quantity, the price will reflect the larger quantity at an adjusted price.
I need a different quantity than what is covered for $4. How will my medication be priced?
The pricing list is set to automatically price at $4 for commonly prescribed dosages. The price will be adjusted for a larger quantity. Refer to the medication list for specific quantities covered. Example: Digoxin is $4 for 30 tablets (a typical 30 day supply). If you require 60 tablets, you will pay $8.

The list of drugs may change. Please visit GiantEagle.com periodically for updates to this plan. Giant Eagle reserves the right to change pricing and products on the list at any time.

The program currently provides more than 55 FDA-approved generic medicines to treat a variety of ongoing health conditions, including diabetes, mental health, heart conditions, high blood pressure, and asthma.
Individuals whose income is $32,490 a year or less are eligible. Add $11,220 to this amount per additional family member.
Costs: There is no cost to join the program. There are no contracts or monthly bills. Patients pay only for the medicine they need. The fee is $20-50 for each 90-day (3 month) supply depending on the med.
